Yes, we do provide tennis balls for an additional fee. Please find pricing details on the desired machine's page. If you choose this option, a handy Gamma Ball Hopper Pro with approximately 90 balls will be provided. We regularly refresh the baskets to ensure the balls are in good playable condition.

All of our machines have high-capacity batteries that are sufficient for practicing for about 3-6 hours, depending on the mode used. The machines are always provided fully charged. We also provide fast chargers along with the machines, even if you book them for just one day. The machines have different battery capacities, but as a rule of thumb, charging takes approximately twice as long as discharging. We recommend charging them overnight. Some machines are equipped with smart battery computers that display the approximate level of charge remaining. This is helpful if you do not have a convenient place to charge the machine or if you plan to store it in the car.

All machines are located in Irvine, UCI area. We will send the exact location once the booking is confirmed.

A security deposit is not required, but you must present a valid ID when picking up the machine. We currently accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and contactless credit cards.

We do repair our machines, so you should not worry about it. Just bring the machine back, and we'll give you a replacement.

No, we do not. Slinger Bag shares the same principle as other machines on the market, except it is shaped like a luggage bag and has only one motor. Both of these are major disadvantages, especially the second one. With only one motor, you are limited in exercises and have to constantly move the machine around the court to achieve the desired ball speed and spin. In some cases, it is not even feasible. In other words, all of our machines are more versatile and convenient than Slinger.
